Gram Weight Used When Purchasing Bali BeadsBali Beads by Gram Weight

One gram is equal to about 0.035 ounce.  Or, put another way, one ounce is equal to 28.35 grams.  A nickel (5 cents) weighs about 5 grams.  Bali Beads are sometimes sold by the gram weight.  When purchasing by the gram weight, ask the seller how many beads the purchase includes.  For instance, if a style of bali bead weighs 2 grams each and the beads are sold in 10 gram packages, you will receive 5 beads.  If the seller does not specify the weight per bead - ask for that information.
